The product is fantastic .. all of them I have delays up to 3 weeks for delivery at times which is frustrating I live outside the city limits.. is this the issue possibly

I placed an order for my regular items on March 3,2025. They hadn’t shipped by May 3rd. I messaged via Instagram and email with no response. Meanwhile I could see stories and emails promoting subsequent sales with no updates on March orders or and response to emails or messages. Eventually I received a shipping notification on June 3rd… 3 months later. Some of the products I ordered were for winter weather and I don’t need anymore right now. A very disappointing process this time around. I have been ordering for years and referring people. I don’t know what to do when I run out of products next time. A 3 month processing time doesn’t work for me.
We love this diaper cream! It's the only one we use, and have been using this since our son was born (and is now 2.5 yrs old). I just stocked up on plenty more as we are expecting baby #2 in the next few weeks, and know we will continue to use it between the two boys. I also love that it is safe to use with cloth diapers, as we use them the majority of the time.

This is my favourite diaper cream out of anything I’ve tried. My little guy hasn’t had a rash since using it. On my recent order I did receive one that had a wrinkled label, warped container, and seemed to be crystallized or lumpy, but it still works!
This is hands down my favorite diaper cream for my little guy! I love that it's not sticky, so it's easy to apply and to wipe off. It's non scented and I always feel good about using a clean product on my babies skin. A little goes a long way so I use it daily and we've never had to deal with any diaper rash. Its the perfect baby shower gift (and the whole set), all my friends love it too. Highly recommend!

Traditionally this is used for a diaper rash but I find it extremely useful for my daughter's eczema if it's been scratched. I apply it in combination with the baby lotion and her skin seams to heal much quicker. I find this also helps the skin to not flake up as much when healing. With a combination of biofeedback testing and homeopathics, and eco chic movement products my daughter has had major improvements since Dec 2022.

Our daughter has extremely sensitive skin and the diaper creams we were purchasing from local stores just weren’t cutting it. She was irritated by everything we tried. This cream is so delicate and seems to melt onto the skin, so it goes on very smooth and seems very hydrating. My daughter was not irritated by this product and it soothed her skin immediately. Highly recommend.
My newborn daughter was given antibiotics in the first week of her life and immediately got diaper rash. After struggling for 4 months with the world’s worst diaper rash, trying dozens of prescribed creams, Eco-Chic diaper cream was the only thing that worked! It’s gentle and a great barrier cream. We started to used this product for my 18 months daughter. She had diaper rash. After two days with the diaper cream from Eco chic the rash or gone. The product work well. I highly recommend.
