We are lucky enough to have our first interview with podcast veteran Abby Green. She is the mom of three littles, co-hosts two podcasts - HERself and Pursuing HER Purpose. Abby has been through many changes and challenges in her motherhood journey and today she is sharing with us what she wishes she would’ve known in her first pregnancy when it came to exercise.
When it comes to choosing the best workouts during pregnancy or postpartum, we can all make mistakes. Abby experienced prolapse after her first birth and shares the guide that she followed during her second and third pregnancies that made all the difference in her recovery.
